# Terms of Use

– Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
– Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Employers who post job listings on our Platform agree to:

– Have actual job openings for each listing posted
– Respond to applications within a reasonable timeframe
– Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
– Not charge candidates application or placement fees
– Not use the Platform to collect personal data for purposes other than recruitment
### 5.2 For Candidates
Candidates who apply for jobs through our Platform agree to:
– Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
– Only apply for positions they are genuinely interested in
– Not submit multiple applications for the same position
– Attend scheduled interviews or provide timely notice of cancellation
– Not share employer information obtained through the Platform without permission
## 6. Subscription and Payment Terms
### 6.1 Subscription Plans

### 6.2 Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions:
– All payments are processed securely through our payment processors
– Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
– No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
### 6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by On-Jobs.EU and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

## 10. Limitation of Liability
### 10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
### 10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On-Jobs.EU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
### 10.3 Cap on Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
## 11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless On-Jobs.EU, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
## 12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
### 12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
## 13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
## 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation in Romania
3. Binding arbitration in Romania if mediation is unsuccessful
## 15. General Provisions
### 15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and On-Jobs.EU regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
### 15.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
### 15.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
### 15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
